Circle City Designers is a full service floral company that specializes in YOU! We want to bring your vision to reality by making sure each step of the planning process is taken care of by one of our award winning designers.
- Before meeting with one of our designers, you will want to fill out our online questionnaire (below) so we can learn more about you and your vision for the BIG DAY. We will be sure to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours!
- After we receive your inquiry, we will contact you regarding a time that is convenient for you to have a one hour design session! If you already have ideas, bring pictures to this design session so we can better understand the VISION for your big day! If not, this session is great time to have one of our amazing designers help create those visions for your special day.
- One of our designers will send you a formal quote and design board that reflects what you discussed at the inital meeting. You may choose to set-up an additional meeting with the designer to review any adjustments that need to be made.
- Once you have chosen Circle City Designers, your consultant will set-up a meeting for you to see a prototype of the centerpieces for your wedding.
You do not need to worry about finalizing anything until 30 days before your wedding! Together, we will bring your vision to reality!

In order to best service your needs, while maintaining the quality of our brand, Circle City Designers requires a $2,000.00 minimum investment in your wedding florals.
